Preheat oven to 450 F
Toss salmon chunks with olive oil, onion powder, chili powder, hot sauce, and pinch of salt and pepper.
Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray or use a layer of parchment paper
Arrange salmon in a single layer. Roast 12-15 minutes until fish is cooked to your taste.
During last minute switch to broil and set fish aside.
Combine all ingredients for jalapeno cream and stir to combine.
Combine all ingredients for mango salsa to combine (also an option to add avocado)
Add chips, a spoon of salmon, jalapeno cream, and mango salsa to individual bowls!
